Coronavirus Live Updates: India Reports Nearly 3.8 Lakh New Cases & 3,502 Deaths

Coronavirus Live Updates: As world is fighting with Covid-19 for the last some months, India has now emerged to be the worst affected country.

It all happened due to the 2nd wave of double mutant coronavirus that has done all the damage. Nobody would have expected that it would create such a disaster.

Going into the figures, India recorded as many as 4 lakh new covid-19 cases with over 2,500 casualties on Thursday.

The country recorded over 3 lakh new cases for the 9th consecutive day. It’s the 3rd consecutive day when the overall deaths crossed the 3,000 mark.

This has been going on since April 21, 2021 when Covid-19 cases have crossed the 3 lakh mark. As far as the number of deaths are concerned, the country has witnessed over 3 lakh deaths since April 27, 2021.

In order to help India face the coronavirus calamity, Ireland has sent 700 oxygen Concentrators. On Thursday, India recorded 3,79,257 new COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

The worst thing is that infected cases are still on the rise and have no signs relief even when most of the states are going through partial lockdown.

This is what the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi tweeted, “International cooperation continues! Shipment containing 700 units of oxygen concentrators and 365 ventilators arrives from Ireland. Deeply value the support from our EU partner and friend,” he tweeted.
