As per a study done in this regard, students aged between 18-25 years consumed 60 grams of walnuts on a daily basis.

The result showed them with somewhat greater cognitive performance and thinking ability as compared to those who didn’t consume walnuts.

“Turmeric’s active ingredient curcumin is known to be anti-aging, anti-cancer, and helpful for maintaining memory,” says Dr. Rajneesh.
