As per the report, all 18 patients were given the same drug and the results looked promising as cancer vanished from each of the 18 patients.
Earlier, cancer it was going undetected in patients even by conducting physical monitoring tests like invasive surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.
The best and satisfying part in the clinical trial was that after Dostarlimab was given to them, no further treatment was required.
Well, this is a huge achievement and the above clinical trial is revolving across the medical fraternity. The above experiment was conducted by Dr Alan P. Venook (colorectal cancer specialist at the University of California).
After the treatment of 18 patients were successful, various cancer researchers who reviewed Dostarlimab told media personals that the treatment using this drug looks promising.
At the same time, they also stressed the need for a trial in a larger group of patients to know if cancer is truly in remission.
